Description

The ERTS30 is an air-operated industrial vacuum cleaner driven by on-site compressed air (5-9 bar), with no electric motor and no electrical components — removing electrical spark risk at the source. A Venturi vacuum generator produces 20-27 kPa vacuum with 4,360 L/min suction airflow, and with a stable air supply the machine supports long continuous operation. The stainless steel 30L single tank is mounted on casters for easy movement. It can pick up liquid when needed, but is mainly recommended for dry dust and granules in chemical, petrochemical, coating, pharmaceutical, and powder-processing plants, or anywhere power supply is inconvenient. The unit holds no whole-machine explosion protection certificate; for explosion-risk areas, anti-static filter, conductive hose, and grounding options can be configured per project, and suitability must be confirmed by project evaluation.
