The heavy-duty answer to steel slag and
sticky metal sludge
In an auto parts workshop in Jiangsu, chips and slag used to be moved with shovels. One ENDUSTMAN EHFD75 changed that — and cut cleaning time per machine from 20 minutes to 5.

THE CLIENT
An automotive parts factory in Jiangsu, China — a workshop full of lathes and milling machines, running metal all day, every day.
Every machine in the plant produces two kinds of waste: heavy steel slag from lathe work, and fine iron chips mixed with cutting fluid from milling — a sticky mess that glues itself to the floor.
Cleaning was slow, physical and never quite done. The plant needed a machine built for this kind of dirt, not a household-style vacuum.
THE CHALLENGE
Meet the two enemies of this workshop
Both are common in metalworking. Both defeated every cleaning method the plant had tried.
ENEMY 01 · FROM THE LATHES
High-strength steel slag
Heavy, sharp chunks that ordinary vacuums simply cannot lift. Before, workers had to scrape them up with iron shovels, piece by piece.
Old way: shovels, sore backs, and 20 minutes around every machine.
ENEMY 02 · FROM THE MILLS
Iron chips + cutting fluid
Fine chips soaked in coolant stick to the floor like wet cement — brooms glide over it, and it builds up shift after shift.
Old way: sweeping that moved the mess around without removing it.
THE SOLUTION
EHFD75 — a machine that finally matched the dirt
The plant replaced manual scraping with a single ENDUSTMAN EHFD75. Its side-channel high-pressure blower delivers 34 kPa of suction — steel slag, sticky metal sludge, even chips hiding in floor cracks all come up in one pass.
Suction that lifts slag
34 kPa pulls up what shovels used to scrape — big slag chunks, wet sludge and chips in floor cracks. Cleaning one machine’s surroundings dropped from 20 minutes to 5.
A filter that understands metal dust
The membrane-coated filter traps powder-fine metal dust and washes clean for reuse — no constant filter purchases. Airborne dust in the workshop fell by roughly 80%.
One-person emptying
The 100 L quick-release bucket holds a full day of chips. Split the buckets, tip into the recycling bin — a job that took two workers now takes one.
Built for hard shifts
Overload, over-current and phase-loss protection plus splash resistance against cutting fluid. It runs 24 hours straight — even when someone forgets to switch it off.
