Description

The EHFD150XM is a three-phase heavy-duty industrial vacuum cleaner with automatic pulse-jet filter cleaning driven by on-site compressed air (a stable 5-9 bar air supply is required). Timed pulse backflushing cleans the three Toray 0.3μm PTFE-membrane filters while the machine keeps suctioning — interval and duration are adjustable — so fine dust never builds up and no operator is needed for filter care. A side-channel high-pressure blower delivers 35 kPa vacuum and 1250 m³/h airflow for long continuous operation, while the standard pre-separator intercepts heavy or sharp debris and the 140L quick-release up-and-down tank speeds up disposal. It is ideal for high-volume fine dust, clog-prone materials, and unattended continuous production lines where compressed air is already available. Models above 7.5kW are not recommended for liquid pickup; wet applications with large liquid volumes are better served by an industrial oil vacuum.
