Description

The EHTD-EX series is a compact three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner designed for dust environments with explosion risk that have been professionally evaluated (such as Zone 21/22). It is powered by an explosion-proof turbo motor with Ex-certified explosion-proof electrical components, and fitted with a complete anti-static kit — an anti-static 0.3μm PTFE-membrane filter, a conductive hose, and a grounding clamp — to reduce static ignition risk. The whole machine does not currently hold a whole-unit explosion protection certificate, so the dust type, zone rating, and material to be collected must be confirmed by project evaluation before ordering; aluminum powder, magnesium powder, and flammable or explosive materials must not be collected. The 4000W blower delivers 28 kPa vacuum and 420 m³/h airflow for long continuous operation, and the 70L quick-release up-and-down tank moves easily through narrow workshops. A 220V version is available for models up to 3kW, and overseas voltages can be customized.
