Description

The EHFD-EX series is a heavy-duty three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner built for dust environments with explosion risk that have been professionally evaluated (such as Zone 21/22). It combines an explosion-proof turbo motor, Ex-certified electrical components, an anti-static 0.3μm PTFE-membrane large filter, and a full anti-static kit with conductive hose and grounding clamp to reduce ignition risk from static electricity. The whole machine does not currently hold a whole-unit explosion protection certificate. Even so, an Ex-rated machine does not make the collected material safe: the dust type, zone rating, and material must be confirmed by project evaluation before ordering, and aluminum powder, magnesium powder, and flammable or explosive materials must not be collected. The 2200W blower delivers 22 kPa vacuum and 320 m³/h airflow for long continuous operation, while the standard pre-separator intercepts heavy and sharp debris before it reaches the 52,800 cm² filter. The 100L quick-release up-and-down tank makes disposal fast, and a 220V version is available for models up to 3kW.
